Appointment Policy

While we offer walk-ins when available, please note that, due to high demand many appointments need to be pre-booked ahead of time. We take great care in the services we provide and want to be able to deliver a level of professionalism and quality that is unparalleled.  

Booking appointments can be made through our online system as well as through our front desk directly. We send a confirmation message reminder the day prior to all appointments. We ask that you come alone to your appointment.

We require a 50% deposit on all bookings. Appointment changes are available at no cost should an emergency arise. No shows / cancellations with less than 24hours will forfeit the deposit. If the absence is repeated, a full prepayment of the service will be required for further bookings.

Delays allowed up to a maximum of 10 minutes from the appointment time. Unforeseen events happen, as we all know, but the service will only be carried out if it doesn't disturb the next appointment
